This retreat is being run by And Rising in collaboration with Blue Earth to select up to 10 early-stage consumer and tech companies for Retreat & Rise Up x Blue Earth Edition, taking place from Monday 30 June-Wednesday 2nd July 2025

We have available places for up to 10 companies, fully funded, including all accomodation, catering, yoga, sound bath, wild swimming and sauna activities, plus support from qualified co-active coaches, And Rising and Blue Earth brand and impact experts.

Retreat & Rise Up was developed to give founders and brand-builders the opportunity to take time out as time in. Guests will have access to co-active coaching throughout the retreat, with dedicated time and support to explore the big picture and the next steps. Often that’s a bold multi-year plan alongside a focused 6-month set of actions. This is space to think, feel, and build with intention. Woven into the schedule are invitations to take part in yoga, breathwork, manifestation, wild-stream swimming, sauna and sound bath. Delegates leave refreshed, with action plans, ready to build their next big things.  

Guests will not only connect deeply with each other—forming the kind of founder friendships and support networks that last—but will also have access to the wider ecosystems of Blue Earth and And Rising: A community of investors, allies, and collaborators committed to bold ideas and long-term impact. Connections made here can ripple well beyond the forest.

Open to any early-stage product and tech businesses (including business-to-business) where having a brand plays a role. Applicants must include at least one founder, partner, or senior-level decision maker, to work on strategic plans and ideas for the business. Up to two people per company may attend, sharing one log-cabin (called a 'Koyt' with immersive views of the forest).

Travel is not included — participants are responsible for arranging and funding their own travel to Cornwall. Retreat & Rise Up takes place in Cabilla, Cornwall. Accessible by train, plane and car. Participants need to arrive in Cabilla on Monday 30th June, for 3pm. A transfer is provided from Bodmin Parkway train at 1:50pm (we recommend the 10:03 am train from Paddington). Retreat completes at 11am on Wednesday with transfers provided to Bodmin Parkway in time for the 11:36 train (arrives Paddington 3:52pm).

Confirming your place means you are committing to attend from Monday 30th June through Wednesday 2nd July 2025. Your place is only confirmed once travel arrangements are booked.

Once confirmed, places cannot be reassigned or postponed. No-shows will be charged at the full regular cost of participation (£1,970 + VAT).

Companies must apply via the official application form by the deadline specified. Final selection will be made by the teams at And Rising and Blue Earth. Up to 10 companies will be selected, based on needs, potential for positive industry disruption, commercial viability, mission clarity and founder outlook. If selected participants will be invited by email and will have 24 hours to accept their place.

Participants agree to reasonable involvement in promotional activity related to the programme. If participants do not want to appear in photography and filming, they must let us know in advance. The organisers reserve the right to change or cancel the event if necessary.
